This one would have the edge 3 years out of 4, all else being equal. And my guess is all else is equal enough to make it the winner. And I somehow suspect you didn't happen to make the post today just by coincidence...
Uniform birthdays? Not so much.
About 3/4 of the Feb 29th b'days would have to celebrate today to overcome the bias toward August 15 present in that data.
