According to Richard Dawkins, Kurt Wise is an honest creationist.

I'll put forward Todd Wood - http://toddcwood.blogspot.com/2009/09/truth-about-evolution.html
He also wrote a recent reponse to a terrible piece of ICR propoganda on transposable elements - http://toddcwood.blogspot.com/2010/03/primer-on-transposable-elements.html
Tell him to look under the sofa cushions. When something of mine goes missing, that's where it usually turns up.
There's a big difference between "dishonest creationist" and "mistaken creationist."
Lets make sure the criticisms fall in the proper category.
What's ironic about Wise/Wood type honest, informed creationists is that their view makes God into a liar with the universe as the most gigantic imaginable fraud.
The power of your comment, Michael, is diminished were you to reword it to something like this: "the universe as the most gigantic imaginable test."
Besides, religious folks for millenia have already called this world "a lying world." Find out what they mean.

I consider my father to be a honest creationist. He doesn't know a lot about Science, and he recognizes that. He'd never try to write an article defending Creationism on scientific grounds.
