All the warning signals for this journal are there: preposterously wide coverage; ungrammatical solicitation; sponsorship by the clunky-named "Canadian Research & Development Center of Sciences and Cultures" (which itself has a ungrammatical description and is apparently based in some apartment building), etc.

Are you genuinely interested in collecting these? I receive a steady stream of dubious academic solicitations. I consider them too banal to be worthy of comment, but I'd be happy to save them for you.
On their list, they left out "....tuxedo rental and bottle-washing."
I just got a solicitation from her today, except she was "editor (intern)" of a completely different journal with even broader coverage: "I am Anthea L. Stock , the editor of Studies in Sociology of Science (SSS) which is a peer-reviewed, open access journal, published by Canadian Research & Development Center of Sciences and Cultures. SSS is dedicated to providing a multidisciplinary platform for detailed and comprehensive investigations, analyses and appropriate reviews on Sociology of Science. It is a journal focuses on various fields of Education; Philosophy; Religion; Theology; Social Sciences; Agricultural; Food & Veterinary Science; Biotechnology; Chemistry; Physics; Economics, Social & Behavioral Sciences; Engineering & Technology; Environmental Sciences; Life Sciences; Medicine, Pharmacology & Medicinal Chemistry."
I've been getting a lot of these, too. This one was of interest for the sohu.com in the return address. Everything else in the message managed to make it appear to come from Canada. A street view of the address shows a chain link fence and a parking lot behind what appears to be a school. Probably fake, eh?
I received it too... the editor of Studies in Sociology of Science...weird...what can someone do with these studies?
