Good article but I suspect those IDist aren't beaten yet. There's still a great deal of public sympathy for "teaching the controversy" in the US but on the other hand Behe was such an emberassment to the ID cause on the stand that maybe the DI will wait before trying a similar stunt.
Too bad you didn't get to have your day in court to put Dembski's arguments through the shredder. But hey, nice to see that you're starting a weblog, so we could all hear your thoughts on this stuff.

Thanks for that link to Argento. It was bracing. Take that, liars! Ever heard of the injunction "Thou shalt not bear false witness"? (And you probably want the commandments you're breaking posted in the school room, too!)
I love Mike Argento's columns about the Dover trial in YDR. I laughed really hard when he pointed out that Behe wants to return science back to the 15th century. The pen can really be mightier than the sword, and just as effective in skewering.
