I guess nobody noticed at the time that the acronym "ASSoL" was really, really appropriate. At least not for a while. But now they've quietly changed their public presence to the "The Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University".
That won't prevent everyone else from calling them ASSoLs, though.

Pretty mind-boggling is the scope of the resources available to the American Right, that 30 million was allocated for no reason other than the legacy rehabilitation of the tawdry radical right-wing justice mainly responsible for the infamous Bush v Gore debacle.
Nothing polishes up the shine on blatant historical revisionism like the eponym of a law school.
